I always forget or can't be bothered.
First we just had to brush our teeth...now we have to brush, floss, brush are tongue and the newest thing is to brush your inner cheeks. I mean what the hell is this coming too?!?!?

You must floss! It gets rid of all the yuck between your teeth...plus it makes you feel much cleaner in there. Though if you have wide gaps between your teeth you might not need to do it because the toothbrush can reach in there.

The only thing left to do is to implode your mouth daily and replace it with a brand new one.

Reply 6

Yup. I never used to do, but my dentist got quite anal with me and said I should be, so I do now! Every night religiously.

Reply 8

No

Hardly ever actually..

;no;

Reply 12

nope, its too "american"

and i dont think its needed anyway my teeth are perfectly healthy without.

Reply 13

is it just me or is flossing really hard? i always seem to make my gums bleed as the gaps between my teeth are really narrow and i have to push really hard to get the thread in, and its hard to avoid actually cutting the gum.
am i doing it wrong

Reply 14

Try not pushing the floss too hard. Just carefully slide it in. I rarely make my gums bleed unless they're extra sensitive at times.

Reply 15

I do as I still want to have all my own teeth at 60(+).

Reply 16

A few times a week...it takes forever though when I'm tired.

Reply 17

Yeah I take great care over my teeth. I brush them twice a day and use mouthwash twice a day. I always brush my tongue so I don't get bad breath and I floss regularly.

Oh and don't knock brushing of the tongue...I know people who don't bother with it and they have the worst breath in the world without actually realising it. Sometimes I feel like reaching for the razor and physically shaving off all the yellow fur on their tongues and then force feeding them Listerine.

i floss religiously every night - couldn't handle it otherwise (sad i know...)

Reply 19

Nope, never have actually. And my teeth are just fine, as far as I'm concerned.
