    Hi all,

I have been searching for what seems like hours on end for more information on UCAS points.
I am about to start studying a Certificate of Higher Education through the Open University, the course totals 90 credits. I have chosen to study through OU as due to work commitments I couldn't return to college to renew my A Levels nor complete a 'Access' course.

I'm 24 and my aim is to go to University in 2016! I wish to study Law and gain my LLB.
Does anyone know if my Open University qualification will hold UCAS points and will I be in a better position to apply?

ANY tips or advice/personal experience you wish to share please do!

Thanks in advance (I am new to all of this)

Hi, I'm also studying with the OU. I don't think OU courses carry UCAS points but that doesn't mean that they aren't useful for getting into uni - lots of courses don't have UCAS points but they are accepted by universities. Just fill it in on the form and don't worry about it. So long as you have confirmed with the universities that you are applying to that the course is acceptable then you'll be fine.
