    Not sure what to say in these sorts of blogs/forums but I think it's important to share my journey I am determined to go on to keep myself motivated, and providing it works - inspire others too!

    I don't want to mention what diet/weight management program I am going on until I know it works!

    Bit about me....
    Over the last 4 to 5 years I've been continuously putting weight on until I have now reacheda high of 16st! That was the tipping point, where I said - "Give your head a shake and sort this out!" That horrible feeling on looking in the mirror and thinking wow your fat, look at the size of your belly or what have I done to myselkf! It's not for the lack of trying, must be on Diet 989378932. I've tried healthy eating through to starvation but I've never had a structure before. Needless to say my self motivation isn't the strongest, I work long hours and after a shift I must drive past a dozen fast food outlets and I haven't been able to resist.

    All of this needs to change now, no more excuses - it's time to change!

    I struggle without a structure what ever the diet is, it needs to be simple and effective. My mate was involved with one diet so I thought I'd give it a go, I've signed up and I will share my journey to see if I can make it work!

    Watch this space! (Hoping for all of those lb's to drop too!)
