I'm a going into my final year of a chemistry degree at a Russell group uni and have no relevant work experience. I'm interested in finance but don't know what branch and thought an internship may help me gain greater insight as well as enhancing my application for a graduate position. Are finance companies likely to take on a graduate for work experience? I had initially planned to compete a 4 year course making summer 2016 my final summer before graduation but have since changed my plans.
