I got 60<x<65 yeh, and for the integration on the last question i used the integral from 1 to 4 but it should have been from 1 to 3 :frown: cant remember the other stuff :/ proof of the sum of a geometric series came up :redface: - all in all it went well.

last question one x coordinate was 1 what did people get for the other?

on integration question i found total area then minused that rectangle. i didnt have time to find y so i made up a value, then worked it all out, how many marks will i get from 6?

I got 5, but I have some very intelligent friends who all got 3. Very stuck up friends as well some of them. they were quick to tell me i was wrong. Someone else i know got 5 though.

1 + 1/2 route 2 isnt the same as 1/2 + 1/4 route 2

Well, I'm 80% sure the answer is 5. I differentiated the equation and got 5. double checked it as well. :s-smilie:

Yep, it was either X=1/3 or - 1/3, can't remember exactly.


I think it was - 1/3 because it'd instantly prove that you cant have a negative value for the x-coordinate.

This paper was great, pretty easy and enjoyable!
I did very well probably got an A....

Yes, I would agree. Although what confused me was that there was two tuning points?? or was there just one point of inflection?

The Edexcel paper was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy!

I can't believe that's two thirds over and done with, both papers were really nice. I think todays paper was even easier than M1 - what do you think?

Now to start doing some History
