White patches and lumps in mouth with red rim a month after tonsil removal? watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hi All

I had my tonsils removed a month ago today, I initially thought the healing process had completed, only a few days ago, from where my left tonsil used to be all the way up to my upper jaw is a really large white patch with an angry red rim, it's very painful to swallow too... there are also like white pus like lumps... kinda not sure if I should go to the doctors? or if there's anyway they'll go on their own... as I start uni on Tuesday o.O

Do you want to go to uni and no' 'e a'le 'o 'alk 'os I've 'ot a sore 'roat?

See the doctor - you sound like you need antibiotics.
