    Hey,

So, I just finished IB and got a 37 points. How good is that?

I am taking a gap year and have interned and volunteered at a few places. Due to IB I also am an IAYP gold medalist and a few other things.
I just highly doubt I am good enough.

With these marks... what is the 'best' or most 'renowned' university i could get into?

You're going to have to do some research of your own here, not least because you haven't told us what subject you are interested in studying. All the university entrance requirements are listed on their websites. Decide on a course first, then look at what they require.
