Teethy Problem?

This is a tad embarrassing but anywho...well recently Ive been constantly getting this disgusting taste in my mouth and I don't know what it is? I brush my teeth twice a day and use mouth wash so it def isn't anything like that. Its so annoying though cos im scared its causing me to have bad breath and im always needing to carry chewing gum everywhere i go now and its reali bugging me now!

does anyone have any ideas what it could be and any solutions, maybe someone who has and something similar before? x

I've heard that a sinus infection causes a terrible taste in your mouth?

hmmm thanks for the tip ill check it out though i have a feeling is more something in my mouth just dont know what??

Tonsilitis can cause an awful taste in your mouth, as can eating oily foods (maybe something to do with not being able to wash your mouth properly because of the oil). You could also have a rotten tooth and not realise, so have a look for anything suspicious which could be a cavity or a crack in a tooth.
