So just to check....

Your brother could if given 10k and 24hrs

- Put an offer on a house
- Make a mortgage application
- Get the application accepted
- Get the solicitor to prepare the paperwork with the sellers solicitor
- Transfer the funds to the solicitor
- Get the bank to release the funds to the solicitor
- Get your solicitor to send the funds to the seller?

Seems ambitious...
