Today I've just eaten two Weetabix, a handful of grapes and two satsumas with a mug of green tea and lots of water

    Yesterday though

    - Bowl of blueberry Yeo Valley yogurt and a handful of frozen berries
    - Handful of grapes
    - Hummus with wholemeal pitta bread
    - Green smoothie (spinach, kiwi, banana and satsuma)
    - Macaroni cheese with lots of spinach
    - Hot chocolate, a couple of mugs of peppermint tea, loads of water

I resisted the temptation to eat the Ben and Jerry's in the freezer... Wonder how long that'll last...

    So far:

Pre-gym smoothie made with banana, coconut water and raw cacao
2 boiled eggs, oatmeal made with almond milk and raw cacao after the gym.

I'll be having a turkey wrap for lunch, with red pepper houmous, red peppers, lettuce and tomato.

I'll probably have a snack of some description in the afternoon, greek yogurt and fruit probably.

I'm having a salad and crab cakes for my dinner.
