I was just thinking the other day, I haven't been Opticians in about 4 or 5 years. I don't think I got any issues, but just thought about it as I work with computers all the time.

Last time I went I was about 13 or 14 (now 18), they prescribed me with quite low-prescription glasses for reading. I did go every year, where they said I was borderline all the time, then when I got to 14 I did get them. I haven't been back since! Tbh I didn't wear them much.

Should I go back now I'm more mature than at 13 or 14 or am I talking rubbish and would they still have me on record?

if you don't have any issue then why to go to optician? Don't worry and eat healthy is best prescription to avoid doctors.

Are you really asking that? How many old people do you see with glasses?
