    Hi

I've moved this thread to the Geography and Earth sciences sub-forum, as we don't really allow this kind of university comparison thread in applications and UCAS.

I presume you're doing Maths A level, which Oxford require but Imperial don't?

Probably Imperial. Although Imperial has (slighty) more applications per place, that doesn't translate into more applications per offer since people are more likely to accept an offer at Oxford than at Imperial. Indeed, if Which University is to be trusted, you are twice as likely to get an offer at Imperial in comparison to Oxford (63% vs 32%) - they say the source of their data is UCAS although I haven't seen the primary data so I can't verify it.

I strongly suggest you don't use this as your main criteria to decide between Oxford and Imperial though, because there are pretty massive differences between the courses they offer (also, as Lemonpopsicle pointed out, please also remember that they have different entry requirements).

No, but you recently posted in a thread about JMC so I guessed that's what you're doing!
