so theres this guy at school, we never ever used to talk but then started like saying hi and stuff and ocassionally talking...now we talk all the time and muck around a lot with each other-at first i just thought nothing of it hes just a friend, and also hes got a serious steady grilfriend-but all my other mates told me he really realy flirts with me and after that I did kind of notice that he is becoming really fliratious. Thing is he is quite a flirty person anyway but with me he actually flirts so much more strongly and we have a lot of conversations that seem as if we're a couple-its really weird, and a few people have asked if theres anything going on and Im like no, hes a mate. But I dunno now Im really confused-what is he doing??!

If he has a steady girlfriend and they're getting along well( i.e. it doesn't look like they're going to break up soon) I'd say it's just part of what he is...some people just like to flirt a lot. Others don't even really notice when they're flirting with someone and overdoing it.

Yeah thats what I thought at first-innocent flirting. But I dunno-I always catch him staring at me from afar and when he sits with me he sits really close-I just dont know what to make of it really! Especially since its so random, like we NEVER used to talk and all of a sudden its like this lol.

i think he's keeping his options open.from a guys point of view,i think he likes you but its weird that you never talked before.he cant be that special though, even if you wanted things to happen between you and him-could you imagine how you'd feel if he did that to other girls whilst he was with you.i know a lad who is very flirtatious despite being in a steady relationship and he'll start talking to people that he never used to before.the relationship has given him confidence and the girls he does this with he wouldn't mind kissing but wouldn't really want anything more with them.to be honest, be careful and don't get hurt :smile:

Ok, an update from the original post. Erm hes basically admitted he does like me, in that way, although not in those exact words, but he's made it more obvious than a car crash, lol. I dont know what to think/do. He has a steady girlfriend!!! I like him, but dont know if Im attracted to him as a person, or if I just kind of like the attention he gives me. Plus I dont wanna break them up, im not evil! What to do???
