I know the difficulty to obtain higher marks in modules increases as you progress through the years of your degree; however, how much harder does it get, and in what way? I'm going into second year and I'm wondering whether it's going to require blood, sweat and tears, or it's going to be as manageable as this year.

I know of some other law schools who do my first year modules in their second year, so, in theory, the difficulty shouldn't increase at all, but I'm sure it does.

Personally I found it got easier as the difficulty remained largely similar but I was more used to the workload and the process behind understanding.

At my uni they marked us on the same standard from first to final year so people inevitably didn't do as well in first year but came out with great marks at the end. I'm sure it varies though from uni to uni.
