A few months ago I was able to see my payments when and how much I will get paid, but now when I go into my account I cannot see anything, everything is gone. Is there anything with the website or should I call them and ask? As I need to print off my payments for uni.

I'd ask you to try using a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome. If you're still not able to view the payments then I would ask you to allow 24hrs and perhaps try a different computer. if you still can't see them then call us on 0300 100 0607 and one of my colleagues can tell you over the phone.
