Hi I will be applying this year to medicine at manchester, plymouth, exeter and HYMS, what are the cjances of me getting an interview at any if these unis considering my stats.
GCSE: 5A*3A1B1C(b in english language and c in textiles)
    AS:AAAB
predictions:A*AA or A*A*A( need to get this sorted out asap)
    UKCAT: 715 band 1
a pretty good PS and reference and lots of work experience and voluntary experience.

I thought their ukcat cutoff was like 745, I dont know if my avg will be competitive enough.

Cut off is not as high as 745 for definite. You could really apply to ukcat heavy ones. Email them and ask what the cutoff was last year and compare scores.

IMO, consider replacing Exeter for Leicester.
Leicester is MMI (like Manchester) and will take your band 1 as full marks on an interview station
