hey guys
i just started as bio and i want to know if someone can xplain to me what the properties of water is and give me exampples on how it realtes to real life please...its not making sense to me

That is a pretty broad question as there's many properties you could refer to but off the top of my head:
It's a good solvent so many ionic substances can dissolve in it for transport round the body
It's cohesive so water is easily transported up the xylem of a plant. There are many other properties as well but generally you might want to get an understanding of hydrogen bonding in water so you might then get to grips with why water has certain properties a bit better.
