i`m needing some new running shoes, but don`t really understand this business of Normal, High arches, and flat!
When my foot is on the ground, the outside edge is almost completely flat to the ground, but the middle inside ther is a "raise" and curve inward.
What foot type does this sound like?
Should i go for "flexible" or cushioned shoes?
(when running, i have noticed there is a (very small) tendancy for me to put SLIGHTLY more preassure on the outside of my foot - not a lot, but it is JUST noticable.
Can anyone clarify shoe types?/recommend a type for me please?!
(just tested myself with a footprint, and apparently i`m "neutral pronating")
