    1. If Party A says to Party B ‘if you choose not to bid on the Porsche at the auction tomorrow, [Party C] can buy the Honda for $20,000', has Party A given Party C an offer?

    2. Following this, if Party B does not tell Party C about offer until a week later and in the meantime Party C makes an offer to Party A in regards to the Honda for $19,500 would this be regarded as a counter-offer, even though Party C does not have knowledge of the interaction b/w Party A and B?
