    Hello TSR!

I'm planning to send off my UCAS application before the end of the week, but I still can't decide what to put for my final university choices.

    A little background:

Current choices (for straight Economics) are: Cambridge, LSE, UCL (with year abroad), Warwick and Bath (with placement).

    AS: AAAA
    A2 Predictions are A*A*A*A
    GCSE: 8A*3A

All of the universities have a requirement of A*AA, and I know it's risky to have all of them with that requirement. I also know it's good to put an insurance option, so I was hoping that Bath (my least desirable choice) would be a little easier to get into as it seems that they are more flexible with grades - on the website they say they do offer some people AAA instead.

WhichUni says that Bath have a 90% acceptance rate and a friend of mine went to their summer school where they said that they only make their courses A*AA so that people are less likely to put it as insurance (so as to not waste their offers I presume). Do you think that's enough of a safety net for me?

Do you think I should go with my current choices or change one out for a uni course with lower grades that I wouldn't really want to go to, just to be safe?

Your opinions or any advice would really help me out!
