Hello everyone, I'm on the uppers sixth of my college therefore I need to start writing my personal statement and apply to university this year. But I'm really confused between these two careers. I like sciences in general and I'm doing chemistry, biology, maths and italian A levels. What careers can I pursue after these degrees and which degree has the best career perspective in the future? I know that pharmacy is only into one kind of job which is of a pharmacist but what about biomedical science? What kind of job can I do with biomedical scicence degree without any further post graduate studies? Thanks

Well if you go for biomedical sciences you can transfer onto medicine if you do well in your exams whilst at uni but what grades did you get at AS?

You can't trasfer from biomedical science to medicine in all unis, I heard only at New Castle and other few ones. My first option was medicine because I got a low UKCAT and my bio grade was bad but I thought that if I get 3 A's at the end of my A levels I'm gonna take a gap year and apply next year. So in the meanwhile while I have to apply for something in case i dont get 3A's and I was thinking about either of these two. I got A in maths, spanish and italian, B in chemistry but I'm predicted an A, and a D in biology which was due to some odd circumstances that my tutor will mention on the reference.
