Can the EPQ contain personal opinions and observations? watch

    • Thread Starter

I am currently in the middle of writing my EPQ. I have a lot of research materials to draw from, however I don't want to just feel like I paraphrasing or just using that information. Would you recommend stating your own opinions and observations or should I just keep it separate from myself?

    Thank you!

For my EPQ it was on the concept of infinity. I introduced the idea, then evaluated the application of Infinity in Maths, Physics and Religion. I think what I got out of it was that the general aim is to answer the question using your sources, but also evaluating the different sources as you go along e.g.. weighing them up next to each other and talking about whether they contribute to the question. Then you can put your summary at the end as very opinion based as you answer the question. But there's definitely an element of observation and opinions! What's the subject of your EPQ?
