I have a head girl interview on Thursday. I really want to get it however am not overly confident and know the girls I am up against can show confidence. How can I show I am capable for the role and does anyone know the kind of questions they could ask me? really appreciated

I applied for Head Girl at my school in year 12 and I was selected as Deputy Head Girl. I'm not a very confident person but as long as you can show that your suited to the role by showing the right skills and dedication, you should be fine 😊. I was asked about what I could offer the school and previous leadership roles or roles of responsibility as well as any problems I had overcome in previous years. At the end it is also good to ask questions about the role if they ask as it shows that you are genuinely interested in the position. Good luck!
