Why do all these "popularl", "social" people use dumb slang, humour etc...?

You know the types that are good looking, go to lots of parties, are popular, etc you get what I mean. Even a lot of otherwise intelligent ones.
Why do they all spread cancer like ...

"sho"

"dead fam"
instagram
and endless, endless slang.
See, I would think that the people who rise to the "top" of society, even if at a teenager level, rise because they have certain qualities of character, which make people respect them as leaders and "alphas". These qualities are: courage, not caring what other people think, being comfortable with yourself and therefore being a natural and charismatic talker, and so on...
Instead, the people that our society seems to favour the most seem to conform to very, very specific and narrow standards, and are all, in the end of it, the same old thing. Instagram, emojis, Reading festival.... shouldn't the leaders of society be intelligent people curious about their own interests?
It makes me draw two conclusions. The first one is that these people are not really "leaders", they mostly lack the qualities that SHOULD make them popular and successful among peers, but had the benefit of being elected as leaders by a society which doesn't know what a leader IS, and think that they need to conform to the same "emoji-instagram" formula as dictated above, and they do, and society rewards them as if everything is genuine. They are not leaders, they are part of society, a herd that is being lead by the TRUE leaders, which is- the media's standards.
The Second conclusion is that ONCE you become popular, or have the qualities that can make you a cool person, your mindset changes, or you find, due to your fearless expression of your thoughts, that emojis ARE the best way to make a point, nandos IS cheeky and in general, all that you see popular kids do is, objectively, right, and what humans should thrive for.
Inb4 calling me a lonely loser, I'm already aware I'm a social outcast and have pretty much always been.

Why? Do you see my fascination now? Why is "u mad" intuiative to socially inept losers, but countintuitive to the socially successful ones? How do these two groups have a subconscious hivemind? Is it just a finer point about having sociall intelligence that I lack and everyone else who is reading this thread understands and can't sympathise with what I'm saying?

Not really, but I am frustrated at why I don't understand the behaviour of these people and whatever is "mainstream", and I am curious to find out. Also, "u mad" is a phrase from 4chan, a place for inherent social outcasts, you wouldn't see the cool kids using it.

Jesus. If you would get over yourself, maybe a woman would finally get under you.
Jesus. If you would get over yourself, maybe a woman would finally get under you.

I'm just trying to discuss, rationally, why the "successful" people in society are hailed successful and why women like them. You should actually read my post, and not just come to conclusions straight away.
