Not sure really, but i guess it depends on gender and muscle mass or something :confused:

I know i weigh a LOT more than that but im hardly thin, so im not sure what exactly is a 'safe' weight.

Anyway, hopes this gets bumped so someone in the know can answer properly.

You're at the low end of the ideal weight range for your height, so there's no real need to gain weight but it might be an idea to stop losing it. If you managed to get down to that weight without any drastic measures then maybe it's a sort of natural weight for you.

How did you lose so much weight?
I think you sound ok for your height so don't worry about it, just eat healthily etc and you should be ok, sorry i couldn't be much help.

I am male. I lost the weight by just not eating as much. Sounds daft but its true.

For a guy I think that sounds too little. However, it obv depends on person to person.

I'm about 5 foot 3/4 (and female)
I vary between 8 and half to 9 stone.

I wouldn't worry too much about weight, if you are happy with your body and you are healthy it's ok.
