RE- Learning Bible Qoutes

hey! i have to learn bible qoutes but i dont know how to go about it. any advice?

The method I used when I did RE was to write down the first letter of each word of e.g. two or three lines from a verse. From that, I would see if I could then read back that section. Eventually, I'd be able to learn the verse.

e.g. "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God" gives
Batpih, ftssg.

I would also get into the habit of recalling the reference prior to going through any quote, as that was important too.
