Basically in year 10 the people in triple science done their biolgy exam but during that time i was in core science but in year 11 my teacher decided to move me up to study chemistry and physics only. Is he allowed to do that and does iit qualify as triple science?

Yes, he's allowed to do that and it does partly count as triple science as you'll be covering all 3 units for physics and chem rather than 2 units as in double science. Do you plan on doing A level biology? If not, you'll be fine. There's still the option of doing Biology at A level but it's dependent on your college/6th form requirements.
