Should I be applying for a top 10/15 uni with AABB at AS? I've been told my friends that the entry requirements listed on university websites are not always correct as they have been given much lower offers.
    E.g AAB for Warwick.
    Any advice guys? Thanks

Use www.whatuni.com and enter your predicted grades and see which universities come up. Applying for universities where you don't reach the entry requirements stated on the website or Ucas is asking for a straight rejection. If you do match them, it is up to the university what offer, if any, it gives you, but I would take your friends' anecdotes with a pinch of salt.
