I don't have as much money this week so I am having to use up what I have in the freezer and fridge. I just don't know what meals I can make with it. I need breakfast, lunch and dinner for my 2 year old son and I.

    I have:
big bags of oranges, bananas and apples
    roast potatoes in the freezer
large pack of bbq pork belly
loads of frozen veg e.g sweetcorn, peas, spinach, carrotts
    bag of grated cheddar
2 tins of tomatoes, 1 tin of beans and 1 of chickpeas
    two garlic flatbreads
    butternut squash
    smoked salmon
    tinned salmon
    tinned tuna
    sausage rolls
    three red peppers
    falafel
    frozen leftover bubble and squeak
    eggs
    flour
    milk
    baking ingredients
    sugar
    butter
    plaice fillets
    fish fingers
    potato waffles
left over chicken, bacon, spinach and potato pie filling which I didn't like.
    pasta
    rice
    couscous
    noodles
    bacon
    bread
    tortilla wraps
    crisps

Any ideas? Don't need full recipes but just ideas and I can look online for recipes. I just don't know how to use up all I have to make proper meals

Sorry I'm not very good at meals but If you buy some mayo you can make my favourite tuna pasta and mayonaise. Or Pasta, frozen veg and mayonaise. Basically pasta mayo and random ingridient XD. You could make pancakes for breakfast too. Wraps for lunch I think you'll be okay! Maybe just buy a couple of extras if you need them in the week

There's a lot of websites where you can put in ingredients and they tell you what you can make. Try these:
