Last year in my ISA's, I managed to pull off an A* (I still don't know how)... This year, however, we choose a hypothesis ourselves and conduct our own experiment etc...

It's a biology ISA based on 'Fatigue' so I need to do an experiment to test out how your muscles tire out and there are a few examples on the internet but I want to come up with my own
If anyone can help give me some idea, method, equipment etc then that would be brilliant (my ISA's are in less than two weeks!) so I should start preparing soon

Is anyone else doing there ISA's, double scientists?!
