So I got punched on a night out, and the guy left me with a ripped lip and a sore jaw... I went to A&E on the night, but it took ages so I left.

I haven't left the house since because I'm afraid of people looking and whatever... I'm hoping it'll get better, which it already has a bit.

    What can I do??

    Go back to A&E.
    Go to your GP.
Stay at home until it gets better and hope there are no scars or broken bones/abrasions which will get infected.

    Your choice.

Go to a walk in centre to check there will be no permanent damage and they can also make the wounds look a bit more presentable . Just go for your own health !

Or back to A and E with a really good book and a bag of sweets.

What the hell?! "It took ages". Mate go back in the A&E asap. Prioritise your health, you might have broken a bone and they have to disinfect that wound.

It's not broken, I'm 200% sure. I can open my mouth just fine now, it's just a little stiff.

I'm going to the walk in centre later on..
