    I'm interested in... Adult Nursing

Although, I failed to get into University this year but I'm applying again in 2016. I'm going to apply for Adult Nursing again. But I don't have my Maths GCSE. I have my essential skills level 1 and 2. My level 2 Health & Social care is also worth 5 GCSE's, I got Merits on my level 3 and I'm now currently doing a HNC for a year. My question is, has anyone got into John Moores without their Maths GCSE? Thanks

You won't get into nursing without a maths GCSE (or equivalent) because you need maths for medication calculations etc. I got in with D*D*D* on my level 3 health and social care with a b in GCSE maths and a in English (amongst other qualifications). I know people who had the same qualifications as me (and better) that didn't get in. Also, make sure you have experience or you'll be straight up declined. maybe look at doing an access to nursing course xx
