Hi @MrDystopia, I am not sure about the exact campus that Int dev is located, because Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy, which the program belongs to, is at both Strand and Waterloo. But I see that Woflson House has the cheapest residence available, so I might go with that.

I am a student living in north London, but from what ive read you wont be considered for the first round of assigning rooms to the students; but you can still be picked after that. Does anyone know what are the chances of getting accommodation?
Also what are your experiences or what have you guys heard about Urbanest accommodation; from what i've heard it's meant to be great, and is one of the lowest prices on their website (some at £169 a week).
Does anyone know where to find out which accommodation offers 40-week contracts? It says on King's website they are all between 40 and 51 weeks, but I would definitely prefer 40 weeks. Can't find it on 'overview' or on the individual residence descriptions (except for Champion Hill, which is 40 weeks).
Hey guys,I am a Postgraduate student at King's who is looking to give up my studio apartment in a private hall at Southwark, (10 mins walk from Waterloo and Guy's campus) by May and was wondering if anyone would be interested in taking up my tenancy which ends by the 2nd of September this year. Please pm me if interested. Hope to hear back from someone soon!

If in doubt give them a ring

Hi. I'm an international undergraduate student, point of entry September 2016. I'm new and was wondering whether it's better to opt for KCL accommodation or the intercollegiate halls for me. Could you please help me out?

It really depends on what you want to get out of it. If you want catered accommodation, then intercollegiate halls are your best bet as KCL residences are all self catered. Intergollegiate would give you a chance to socialise with students from all University of London colleges, which could be a great chance to make loads of friends. They also have an international hall which I think is geared towards international students so intercollegiate might be your best bet! However, not all their residences are en suite, so if that's really important to you then KCL residences may be better. As I don't know which campus you'd be on, I can't comment on the distances of halls, although KCL's residences are slightly nearer the Guy's and Strand campuses but some intercollegiate halls are nearer to the Strand campus than Guy's.

I hope this helps!!

I'm probably going to be at the Strand Campus. Thanks a lot! Considering the fact that it'll be my first year in London, I've also been thinking that catered accommodation would be better. Thank you for your help

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask if anyone knew the different tenancies for King's accommodation. I like the looks of champion hill, angel lane and Stratford one, as well as the price. But it works our more expensive because I think they are all like 51 week tenancies compared to the standard 40? Is it possible to leave earlier? If anyone could help, I'd be very appreciative  Thanks!

Anyone had any login information for the accommodation portal from King's yet? Starting to get worried D:

I still haven't D:

edit: I know the date it opens, but haven't got a log-in

Does anyone know if the accommodation application process is on a first come first serve or are all submitted before the deadline viewed equally?

It's just that I haven decided on my firm and insurance choices yet?

Hey, guys! I am an international student with an offer for Computer Science at King's. I would like to ask you for an advice about which campus is the closest to the computer science faculty and is with a decent price for living alone in a standard room(not studio or etc). Would really like to hear some advice on that. Thanks a lot!

How do we apply for Intercollegiate Halls? Do we apply to them through the portal the same as if we were applying to the King's residences, also do we get to choose what Intercollegiate Hall we want or is it chosen at random like King's accommodation
