"Draw a histogram to represent these data".

-Stupid question, how do you find the lower and upper class boundaries?

I think they would be:

0.5 << (that's my version of a bigger than or equal to sign...) s < 200.5
200.5 << s < 400.5
400.5 << s < 700.5

etc
