Ok so this reqlly isnt a joke. About 14 months ago I got hooked on internet forums, and not the good kind either. Id rather not reveal the exact forums and usernames ive been posting under due to the nature of the wesbites but if youre really curious pm me. Basically for the last 14 months ive been averaging about 4-5 hours a day on internet forums and I have not gone longer than 24 hours without using forums. And yes thats 4-5 hours on average some days I have spent FAR longer than that on forums. Theyve replaced real life social interaction for me
Theyre also starting to impact my wellbeing and mental health. Due to the nature of my posts I havent told anyone in real life about my problem but wanted to tell you guys here. I have around 15'000 posts in the last year on mainly 4 different websites

Well it breaks down something like this

4k posts on one site- got banned for having alts which had another 1k posts total

1k posts on another site that got hacked

8k posts on a website that was the successor of the hacked website

1k posts somewhere else that got hacked

Fam... I'm gonna tell you this straight. Close all your tabs (Yes, even the porn ones) and switch off your computer. Now, this is the hard part okay? Open your window and chuck your desktop out of if. Once you're done, open your door and leave your ****ing room.

Yeah, good thinking! Unless it's a Nokia tho :/ Or he's doomed. I advice he doesn't throw his Nokia out the window unless he wants to create a nationwide earthquake.
