At GCSE I got 5 A*s in all three sciences and maths, and geography. The rest As and a B in drama.

At A Levels doing Maths, Physics, Chemistry and CompSci I got AAAA with a 95.6% UMS average.

But I got a C in the FSMQ last year... Does this have to be mentioned on my UCAS? I feel like if I put a C grade in especially for maths, when applying for natural sciences it will lower my chances at Cambridge severely

Yes, all marks must be declared. (Including retakes.)
