Biology - ISA Fatigue AQA Help ASAP please

Hi everyone I have paper one in a few days and I need help on it. There could be really weird questions about anaerobic and aerobic respiration. Has anyone else done the ISA I really need an A* on this and any help would be grateful especially on the method to get 9 marks and how i can make t a fair test also explaining both the resources which one's better but I have to talk about both to get 3 marks.
