Will i get an offer??

The requirents are BBB. I currently haave EEB for my AS exams and im retaking modules from the E grade ones. Do u think i would get an offer or should i just forget about it?

I don't know what course or uni this is, but it doesn't really matter as those grades won't get you an offer. Concentrate on getting the very best grades you can this year by working hard and resitting, and apply when you have your grades. You will be a much better prospect if/when you have better A2s for a university to focus on, rather than your AS grades.
Would i get an offer from an average uni eg roehampton (280 points)

You have 100 + 40 + 40 points, if your predicted grades are the same as your AS, which means you are 100 points short. This is not going to happen. You might want to look at doing a foundation year.
