EPQ Questions

I have only come up with two questions for the EPQ and i'm not sure which is better.

1) Organ donations
2) Fatty food effects
Also, if you have any suggestions it would be much appreciated.

If you're aiming for medicine then 1 sounds better. If not then do whatever you're interested in more as you'll spend A LOT of time on it. Also please be aware people may use these questions now for their EPQ as you've put them on here so if you don't want copying you should probably change the questions for the general idea for example:
1)Organ Donations
2)Fatty Food effects
