I got one one my arm about 3 years ago, and you can't tell unless you get really really close! It was a nasty one too. I think it depends on how easily you scar. If you're worried, see a Doctor, they'll be able to tell you how bad it is.

ive had one just beside my lip and it did only take a few weeks to disapear so dont worry just wait and see how it goes -vitamin e cream was what i used
