Help! Cardiff or SOAS?
Just like the title says. What say you? How are these viewed in the UK both as a university and specifically for Politics? Are they considered respectable? My career goal is diplomacy and I want to chose the uni which would be best suited for getting me there 
All the same, I'm a downright social butterfly and need an active nightlife to keep me occupied outside of coursework. Can I count on Wales for something like that, or is London really the best best?
Common, help a girl out! I'm an international student and am ashamed to say I'm way out of my league as far as these things are concerned.

SOAS (Im obviously a bit biased!!) 
Cardiff is a good uni but SOAS has a better international reputation (Im also an intenational student) and (last time I heard) is much better for politics in terms of teaching and research.
If you want to study in Wales, Aberystwyth is actually better for politics than Cardiff.
