It's in the name really.

Addition Polymerisation = Polymers formed by unsaturated monomers being added together via opening of the double bond
Condensation Polymerisation = Polymers formed by joining together two monomers alongside the removal of a small molecule. Typically water

Make sure you know the definition of keywords such as monomer, saturated, unsaturated and condensation.
