Just don't let it become a focus. You can survive for a quite a while without eating, but its not wise, you know this.

If it is even remotely connected to a percieved weight problem then get help. If it is simply going off your food then forget about it and you'll get hungry soon enough.

it could just be stress leading to a lack of appetite - just make sure you are eating something, and at least getting the vital stuff your body needs each day.

If you can drink without feeling gross, try drinking smoothies/ jucices, and then build up. If it doesn't start to recede, I would get help...make sure it doesn't become a big focus in your life though...
good luck

yeah i had that a while (although it was due to illness but the effect is the same) I started on things like oranges that were liquidy and worked my way up. Also make your food into small bits, so its easier to get down, that helped too.

If you don't want to eat something, don't eat it, but it's worth trying to find something nutritious in place of nothing at all, even if it is just a sugary drink.

If it lasts for more than a few days, see a doctor.
