why is economics not considered a part of STEM?

i was just curious because it contains so much mathematics and to be clear i am in no way trying to advocate the 'stem master race' - i find it cringy and contrived
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

Economics is maybe more of a humanity than a science, and the Mathematics in a proper Mathematics degree probably outclasses that in an Economics degree by miles

Many of the models used in Economics have no practical way of testing, and seem to have fairly fuzzy logic and are rather questionable

Economics is a 'social' science, it basically bridges itself (admittedly more to the social side than the science side) between the subjectivity of humanistic subjects and the objectivity of a science.
