I'm really sorry, but I'd say your chances would be quite low. See if there are other medical schools which better suit your stats- but, if you are desperate to apply to HYMS, don't let me put you off :smile:

Stats:
GCSE: 3A* 6A 2B (Under-performing school)
AS: AAAAA*(EPQ)
A2 Predictions: A*A*A*A*
UKCAT: 610 Avg Band 2 (Extremely disappointing)
Have clinical experience, hands on care, volunteering and lots of extracurricular's,

Guys do you think i have a chance of getting an interview with HYMS? If not, any advice to where i should apply strategically? (or where not to apply) Would appreciate any help as I am stuck and the deadline is creeping

I am applying here and I went to the hull York medical summer school and got a guaranteed interview as long as I meet the basic requirements and I do and my interview is confirmed before even applying and I am getting a mock interview and help from HYMS so basically have a great chance of getting in
