Hi
I must be honest i'm not really in a position to advise you on admissions procedures or anything, especially with it being different to when I applied.
If you've emailed HYMS the best thing to do would be to wait it out a little while or maybe even give them a ring.
I wouldn't want to tell you anything that's wrong

No problem at all. I received a response this afternoon from the Admissions Team so all's good, thanks!

Do you think I have any chance what so ever of getting an interview for HYMS?

Many thanks and congrats for getting into med school!!

Thank you! I'm really sorry, but I'd say your chances would be quite low. See if there are other medical schools which better suit your stats- but, if you are desperate to apply to HYMS, don't let me put you off

Guys I really need some advice

Stats:
GCSE: 3A* 6A 2B (Under-performing school)
AS: AAAAA*(EPQ)
A2 Predictions: A*A*A*A*
UKCAT: 610 Avg Band 2 (Extremely disappointing)
Have clinical experience, hands on care, volunteering and lots of extracurricular's,

Guys do you think i have a chance of getting an interview with HYMS? If not, any advice to where i should apply strategically? (or where not to apply) Would appreciate any help as I am stuck and the deadline is creeping

Try Cardiff, Keele,
hi

I am applying here and I went to the hull York medical summer school and got a guaranteed interview as long as I meet the basic requirements and I do and my interview is confirmed before even applying and I am getting a mock interview and help from HYMS so basically have a great chance of getting in

Hi, I am thinking of applying here but I got a really low UKCAT score of 2220 :/ but I got 7A* 3A in GCSEs and AAAB in As. Do you think it's worth applying or nah?
