Memorising A* essays- Effective or waste of time?

Im aiming for A and gow effective and reliable are a* essay samples online? Is it realistic to memorise around 10 different essays? (History and psychology-especially psychology) .. Ive never gotten above a B in anything :frown:

If you're aiming for the A/A* go ahead and memorize. Memorizing can get you the A but what's the point of studying if you don't understand.
I have a friend who does that and she always ends up with As but it depends how you learn tbh. I have to understand something first or I'll never be able to remember it.

It depends because you might memorise an essay that wont appear in the exam
