Hey all, I seem to get randomly bloated and I can't work out why. I used to get it very bad, amongst other things, then discovered I was lactose intolerant and so having sorted that all was good for a while. However, I've recently been getting more bloated and was wondering if anyone knew good remedies for this, what it might be etc.
It's highly unlikely to be IBS and no, I will not eat Activia. Needed to state that first as every friend I've asked on this issue has consistently come out with those responses.
I become a lot less bloated since i stopped eating bread, rice and pasta. A lot of people here have said similar things... Maybe it's an idea?

Hm. I don't think I could completely cut the stuff out - I do so much in a day and go weak without some plain old carbs and I'm of the old school "need all the food groups"... however I don't eat *loads* of carbs, always at lunch, sometimes at breakfast, never at dinner...
