Room available at Storthes Hall Park £89 p/w

Hey everyone,
I am trying to move closer to another accommodation provider in Huddersfield. I have paid the £200 booking fee and the £300 pre-instalment. The rent I am paying for at the moment is £89 per week and it is for a 44 week contract (coming up to two weeks now). DIGS are charging £95 per week which will save you around £264. This is for a standard en-suite and all bills are all inclusive and wifi is provided in the rooms (http://digstudent.co.uk/student-accommodation/huddersfield/storthes-hall-park/pricetable). I have been told that the only way I can cancel my contract if I pass it onto someone else so if you're interested then please feel free to message me on here as I have until the 7th of October to make the decision. :smile:
