"Love Triangle"

So. I've got a massive crush on one of my best mates, and have had almost since I met her months ago. Most crushes I have, they come and go, but this one is the longest lasting I've ever had. The problem is, she, although being a good mate, has no time for me, especially when my best mate is around. It's really getting me down the way they act around each other.

Last night, I was talking with my mate about it, about how much she means to me and so on. Then, an hour later, she arrives in, and ends up spending the night in his bed. Nothing sexual, but still..... it's hurting me bad.

She knows I've been in bad form recently, but not why, but last night when I ask her to talk, she tells me to text her tomorrow, says goodnight, and gets into bed with my best mate. To make things worse, everyone involved knows that while she used to have a crush on my mate, he doesn't like her at all like that...

What do I do?
