Probably best you contact the university's admissions office! The basic requirements for Germany tend to be qualifications with Abitur equivalence. For A-Levels, this means a language (German, usually), Mathematics, and two other subjects. Humanities requirements tend to want 1 'specialist' A-Level in the chosen field of study, and Mathematics if you're taking Economics or Social Sciences. Which universities are you looking at?

Do you speak German? A Studienkolleg will require at least a B1 level of German (equivalent to an AS Level), though realistically you'd need an A-Level. Again, you'd need to look at specific colleges but generally you'll need to take a Math exam anyway - for an example of the kind of stuff you'd need to solve, see pages six and seven here.

Could you specify the subject? Which universities do you want to apply to?

Well, it depends on the state, but normally every German student is forced to take Maths in his finals years. The level is comparable to the British A-Level Course, however there are also parts, particularly after your big Abitur exams which resemble the Further Maths Course (really, that totally depends on the state). In many states it is also required to take a certain amount of natural sciences, art subjects and languages.
But Maths is the biggest concern, I suppose.

The "Studienkolleg" is only a preperation for international students to attend a German University as far as I know. In order to apply to some of them you will need to pass an admissions test and fulfill certain language requirements (B1 to B2). But I'm not really sure about that last part.

My advice: Contact the university!
